Prudential Americana Group names John Joseph vice president of sales
Online, December 22, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS named John Joseph vice president of sales. Joseph will continue to serve as broker manager of the company's top-ranked Green Valley office while managing the company's overall sales program.
"I am thrilled to welcome John as Prudential Americana Group's first ever vice president of sales," said Mark Stark, CEO. "As the market has evolved, there has never been a time that helping REALTORS improve their business management skills has been so critical. John has been one of the most successful managers we've had in recent history and I look forward to seeing his leadership have a positive impact on all our branches throughout the company."
Among Joseph's accomplishments since joining the company two years ago has been the Green Valley office's 2010 volume of closings, or home transactions. "The market experienced a loss of about 5.7 percent in 2010," said Joseph. "My office has increased its closings 18.21 percent over the previous year, which is a 23 percent difference from the market average."
Like most Las Vegas real estate analysts, Stark predicts a flat year for the market in 2011. "And as in any economic situation, opportunities exist for those who are willing to work smarter to build their businesses. I look forward to working with John and the entire management team to help our dedicated sales professionals build their businesses."
Prudential Americana Group was Nevada's top-selling real estate company in 2009 and has more than 1,000 sales executives and approximately 4,200 current home listings.
