Prudential Howe & Doherty Announces Recipients of 2nd Quarter 2011 MA Sales Professional Awards

Howe & Doherty announced the recipients of the 2nd quarter Massachusetts Sales Professional Awards. Developed by the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates (PREA), these awards recognize Agents who generated the greatest residential sales volume in MA.

ANDOVER, MA - Prudential Howe & Doherty announced the recipients of the 2nd quarter Massachusetts Sales Professional Awards.

Developed by the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates (PREA), these awards recognize Agents who generated the greatest residential sales volume within their state. Prudential is proud to announce that Prudential Howe & Doherty's office, for the first time in history, has received the top three spots for Massachusetts; a monumental achievement.

Deborah Lucci, an Agent with Prudential Howe & Doherty for 13 years, has been in the Chairman's Gold Circle for 10 of those years. She has earned many accolades, including a 5-year Legend award and a 10-year Legend award, and a Platinum Top Producer award, to name a few. Deborah has earned 1st place in the residential homes category. "I work hard to help my clients make the best real estate decisions that they can make," said Deborah.

Deborah is an Andover resident and is actively involved in school and community programs. She has two children.

Barbara Donovan-Rizzo has been a real estate Agent for over 15 years, and is a licensed broker in Massachusetts and a licensed Sales Person in New Hampshire. Her 2nd place in the residential homes category adds to her many accomplishments as an Agent. "I am most appreciative of my loyal clients, and their referrals of friends and family, for my continued success," stated Barbara.

Barbara serves on the Women's Council of Realtor Leadership Committee and also serves on the Northeast Association of Realtors' Government Affairs Committee.

Ellen Munick has been in real estate for over 10 years and has a corporate sales and marketing background. She has earned 3rd place in the residential homes category. Ellen said "The Andovers are a wonderful place to live, and it is my pleasure to help both my buyers and sellers realize all that the area has to offer."

Ellen is a resident of Andover and is active in the community and in the schools where her children attend. Adding to her accomplishments, Ellen has also run and finished the Boston Marathon.
