Pungrafiiti's First Offline Store Gives People Yet Another Reason to Smile

New Delhi, India, July 28, 2015 (Newswire.com) - When PunGrafiiti started its operations as an online startup some two months ago, its founders were anxious of overcoming the stiff competition in the online market.   However, the hard work and creativity of the three friends, Akash, Gagan and Varun, made sure that the unique idea of spreading happiness through the most common item of clothing did not get lost amongst the hoards of startups launched online. The trio, were financially backed by their Mitali and Vivek, who had been their long time friends and firmly believed in the idea of making people smile. PunGrafitti, which has been selling its uniquely designed and conceptualized t-shirts only through its online store, is all set to launch its first physical outlet in the real world. Given the fact that a major percentage of the clients of PunGraffiti are from Pune, it is not surprising that the core team has chosen this vibrant city as the location for its first offline store. The store is to be opened in collaboration with The Real Green Café, which is a small yet successful restaurant, located in the Phoenix Market City Mall, the up market shopping area in Pune. The hot shot address and the choice of collaborators, itself ensures that the launch would provide a means to extend the basic philosophy of PunGrafiiti to audiences in the real world.

PunGrafitti, which has been selling its uniquely designed and conceptualized t-shirts only through its online store, is all set to launch its first physical outlet in the real world.

The launch has been planned for the 26th of July 2015, an exact two months after PunGrafitti was initiated. Within just two days of the announcement of the launch, the startup has received the interest requests of over 100 people who want to attend the event. The event has been planned to start at 6:30 with the provision for live music. A contest has also been planned for the occasion wherein the people from the startup will click pictures of the attendees and give away a prize to someone with the broadest grin or biggest smile.

Being a collaborative set-up, PunGrafitti will be able to present its range of uniquely designed T-shirts through The Real Green Café. Although this does not give the startup the freedom of having an exclusive retail outlet, it is surely a good start in the right direction especially given the goodwill of the café and the crowd that it attracts. The core team is also planning to take the partnership ahead in the coming months by not only introducing more products in the catalogue, but also opening new stores across the country. Weather these stores will be independently held or in partnership with The Real Green Café, has not been clarified as yet.

The amount of success that PunGrafiiti has attained online is a sure indicator of the progressive future of this startup. The launch of a physical store within just a couple of moth of establishing the venture, is also an indication of the seriousness of the founders to spread happiness and smiles amongst the people in the most simple and effortless manner.
