Purafil Plans to Expand International Markets

Purafil's decision makers participate in potential business opportunities in Europe and Asia.

Global companies are always on the hunt for viable business expansion opportunities. Countless unacknowledged, yet, vital treasures are nestled within Europe's emerging markets. Although some may be considered diamonds in the rough, they have endless potential and often undervalued worth. According to Sadec.com, "Asia is a goldmine of opportunity." China's economy is on an upswing. Time magazine touts Singapore has the "hottest (little) economy in the world."

This summer, Purafil strengthened its existing international relationships and diligently worked to expound upon budding networks. Weiller said, "As the sales volume grows, we are looking at the possibility of opening a manufacturing site [in China] to build our mechanical equipment."

In fact, Andy Weiller, Director of Purafil Asia, and Paul Cheng, Purafil Project Engineer, attended the Shandong Business Delegation to ensure Atlanta-headquartered Purafil remains in the forefront for expansion and investment opportunities. Officials from the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province and the Jimo Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation Bureau were among the distinguished attendees on hand to discuss initiatives and potential partnerships.

In addition to continual efforts to delve into profitable opportunities in Europe and Asia, Purafil has also welcomed several international guests this quarter. The national flags for France and Singapore hung high during the guests' visits to Purafil. Business meetings, tours of Purafil's state-of-the-art laboratories, chemical and equipment plants and a trip to a neighboring enduser site filled their agenda. The company mission to provide engineered clean air solutions is unparalleled due to its global representative network, expansive enduser base that combs most continents, and its internationally diverse employees. Each one of these components is a testament to the company's commitment to quality and improvement.

Purafil's history as the global leader in the gas-phase air filtration industry was recently recognized when Commercial News USA named Purafil the 2010 Environmental Exporter of the Year. In order to remain ahead of the pack, Purafil's experts realize the significance of fostering and nurturing lasting relationships beyond our national borders. Purafil's leaders are excited about the prospective concepts and networks that may be fortified from recent and upcoming meetings with international decision makers.
