Spending time together away from the office allowed them to focus more on each other’s likes, dislikes, and abilities. By exploring the local sites and attractions, as well as learning about the regional history and culture, they had a lot of fun. These experiences lead to boosted morale, collaboration, and performance in the QCB Events headquarters.

Doing all this in an exciting new location is something else. It's a matter of tracking down the hotel gym, ordering strategically from restaurant menus, and getting to our rooms – and our beds – early.  Accomplishing all this outside the norm of our daily lives gives us renewed energy and focus, ultimately preventing burnout and propelling our success.”
