Call Recording Management on Server
All the calls recorded by the agents are available on the server side also. This feature is for the administrator to monitor the calls recorded by all agents.
Text to Speech for Prompt Generation
Text to speech provides facility to generate custom voice prompts which can be used while creating projects.

MySQL Database storage for project data
Version 2.0 of Unite Call Center/PBX uses MySQL to store project data and all settings.
