Queens Tile Store Partners With George to the Rescue

Queens, NY , October 12, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Tiles Unlimited, Inc. one of the leading tile dealers in Queens – recently partnered with NBC’s popular home improvement show George to the Rescue to help furnish a new bedroom and bathroom for Terry Sherwood, an amazing lady who suffers from ALS and is confined to a wheelchair.

Being confined to a wheelchair in a two-story house makes daily living difficult for Ms. Sherwood. The George to the Rescue team built a new bedroom and fully accessible bathroom on the first floor so Ms. Sherwood can lead a more normal life. Tiles Unlimited donated approximately 750 sq. ft. of floor, wall and glass tile for the project as well as the necessary installation materials.
