Quest CE Announces One Year Anniversary of Firm Element Express

Firm Element Express caters directly to boutique broker-dealers by allowing them to run their entire Firm Element Training and Tracking program without the assistance of an outside provider.

Since its inception, Firm Element Express has helped over 145 firms, totaling over 3,625 representatives, in successfully completing their FINRA required training. In three easy steps, program administrators can create a company profile, select the services desired and launch their Firm Element Program.

In step one; the program administrator will create a company profile and administrator login, allowing him/her complete access to students' records and reporting. Here, the user will outline the Firm Element program by adding the number of participating students, and selecting the service options they want to include. Once the Company Profile is loaded, the user will have the ability to confirm the Firm Element program and process the account into the FE Express system. From here, the program administrator will be able to add each of the student profiles and assign courses from the training options available. Once a course has been assigned, the selection will be loaded into the student's profile and training is immediately available for completion.

Firm Element Express can successfully house up to 500 students within its platform, using Quest CE's Learning Management System, Renaissance. If interested, firms can also allot for customized Firm Element Training and Tracking options and receive the personal assistance of an Account Executive when needed. Additional service options include Annual Compliance Meetings, Annual Compliance Questionnaires, a Needs Analysis Survey, and Anti-Money Laundering Training.
