Radcom Hires Recruiter to Meet Growing Need for Professionals

(Hudson, Ohio, USA) - Radcom, Inc., a custom learning solutions provider based in Hudson, Ohio, recently hired Debbie Mekker of Newton Falls, Ohio to search for talented instructional designers and technical communicators to meet the demands of a growing client base and increased sales.

Mekker is the first person to work solely as a recruiter for Radcom. Previous recruiting efforts were completed by Human Resources and Operations. Prior to joining Radcom, Mekker was the co-owner and administrator for a development center in Auburn which opened in 2009. Before Auburn, she was the director of a local business in Hudson for eight years, and the assistant director of a Bainbridge company for 13 years.

"In all of my roles, a crucial function was locating and maintaining a pool of talent to meet the demands that a development center requires to provide quality service, while maintaining stringent government regulations," said Mekker. Mekker, who is married with two sons, has an Associate's Degree in Accounting, is a licensed pilot, and serves as a trustee for the Newton Falls Booster Club.
