(Hudson, Ohio, USA / February 16, 2010) - Radcom, a Hudson, Ohio based consulting firm, has recently acquired the talent of Dan Konfal as the Director of the newly-developed Human Capital Services department. Konfal's main responsibilities are to develop and promote this new service offering and act as the primary strategist and project lead for all human capital projects.

Before joining Radcom, Konfal was contracted to work on several projects for the company, including managing a project to develop a leadership program for a multi-billion dollar international construction company and conducting a curriculum evaluation and recommendation project for a steel manufacturing company.

"What we received [from Dan] exceeded our expectations in practicality, attention to detail, and analytics," said Bob Dianetti, president of Radcom. "Dan is an exceptional manager and leader, and we are privileged to have him on board for this new endeavor."

Konfal has extensive experience throughout his career that will allow him to effectively lead the Human Capital Services department. He has worked in many key industries, including training and development, manufacturing, construction, and information technology. His comprehensive business knowledge allows him to design, develop, and deliver business-focused solutions that produce a measurable return on investment.

"Companies hire people to use those employees' skills and knowledge," says Konfal. "Executives are now looking at cost-effective programs to rebuild those skills and knowledge base and position themselves for growth as the company picks up. I am excited to use my skills to help these companies with Radcom's Human Capital Services."
