Raleigh Business Leaders Team Up for 12th Annual Type 1 Diabetes Event

Morocco, May 18, 2015 (Newswire.com) - At your black tie occasion, more than 450 friends and supporters associated with JDRF, including your Triangle’s top philanthropic along with corporate leaders, will celebrate the organization’s work, mission, donors, volunteers, and most importantly, the lives improved and also the research advancements funded this past year. The gala includes a cocktail wedding party; a multi-course evening meal; silent and are living auctions; and JDRF’s unique “Fund A Cure” software, in which 100% of donations go to JDRF research. Diane Adams, Chief People Official at Qlik and person in the JDRF Global Board of Owners, will serve as the gala’s co-chair, in addition to daughter Kristen Adams Thompson. Debra Morgan, WRAL-TV anchor, will emcee the presentation.
