Rangam Wins Service Excellence Award, Modernizes Recruiting System With Machine Learning and AI

In times of rapidly evolving supplier-buyer dynamics in the field of human resources, the talent acquisition firm once again proves that state-of-the-art technology, adherence to processes and compliance with top-notch customer service standards is the winning formula for continuing business success.

Rangam Consultants Inc. receives a Service Excellence Award from one of the largest pharmaceutical multinationals in recognition of “exceptional performance and dedication” to a temporary staffing program run by Kelly OCG. Winning the award for the second time in three years, Rangam further strengthens its position in the MSP/VMS marketplace that enables employers to gain quick access to a diverse pool of talent for their contingent staffing needs.

The award is given annually to the suppliers that meet or exceed the client’s expectations in terms of talent delivery, customer service, competitiveness, engagement management, priority commitment and program collaboration. Notably, the recognition comes on the heels of Rangam winning the DA4S Supplier of the Year Award and the Best of Staffing Client Satisfaction Award this year.

“Our ISO-certified processes are instrumental in delivering high-quality services to our clients. We participated in 100% of our clients’ requirements and achieved a 97% average 48-hour submission rate in 2015-16 versus a client target of 60%. The hire-to-interview ratio has improved significantly over the past year, implying that Rangam as a supplier has been busier than ever before while consistently maintaining quick turnaround times. This is so very crucial when you want to be the best,” Rangam President Hetal Parikh said, adding that the organization is mobilizing resources and upgrading technologies to better serve clients in the pharmaceutical/clinical/life sciences sector that currently tops Rangam’s hires-by-industry chart.

Hetal also touched upon the “key technological differentiators” that enable Rangam to connect with the best talent nationwide. “Incorporating data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence in the recruiting system enhances our reach to qualified candidates across the country. We stay informed about where the industry is headed and utilize cutting-edge algorithms to efficiently match both contingent and permanent workers to a variety of jobs,” she said.

Hetal thanked the client and the MSP for honoring Rangam in the program.

“Rangam has been a top supplier for us for over a decade. I know how Hetal and her team work diligently to find the best candidates for our requisitions that are extremely time-sensitive. Our partnership with diverse suppliers like Rangam has been mutually beneficial and has led to the development of several MWBE programs for the region’s entrepreneurs. I wish Rangam all the best for 2017,” the program manager said.
