range Restaurant Honored With Judges' Choice Award at 2015 Chef & Brew Festival
Restaurant Adds Best Pairing Honor to Growing List of Accolades Secured Throughout 2015
Denver, December 22, 2015 (Newswire.com) - range, an award-winning restaurant that opened last year within the historic Colorado National Bank building, has added a Chef & Brew Festival award to several other accolades garnered in 2015. Executive Chef Paul Nagan and James Howat of Former Future Brewing Company secured a well-deserved Judges’ Choice Best Pairing for their expert pairing of Orange Ginger Beignets with salted caramel with a Salted Caramel Porter.
Held November 19, the 2015 Chef & Brew Festival highlighted the best brewers and top chefs creating the ultimate beer and food pairing. The range team’s sweet treat and Former Future’s dessert-inspired brew won over the judges. It’s not the first time range has paired up with Former Future; the Denver craft brewer created the restaurant’s signature beer, Countinghouse Cream Ale, which is exclusively available at range, The Teller Bar and in Former Future’s taproom.
"This is a well-deserved recognition for the range team. We're very proud that their skills were recognized in this collaborative and creative environment."
