Ray Price Harley-Davidson and Triumph Motorcycles
Online, February 19, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Ray Price Harley-Davidson® is proud to announce a new partnership with Triumph® Motorcycles. Triumph replaces long-time road-bike partner, Buell® as the company has ceased production of consumer motorcycles. The Ray Price Road Racing Team will switch to riding Triumphs beginning with Bike Week 2010, Daytona Beach, February 26-28.
"We enjoyed a long and friendly relationship with our former partner," said Ray Price, founder and owner of Ray Price Harley-Davidson and primary sponsor of the Ray Price Nitro Harley and Road Race Teams. "However, we are thrilled to be entering into an affiliation with such a well known and highly respected motorcycle builder as Triumph. I am confident that our Road Racing team will continue to enjoy tremendous success riding their new machines."
Harley-Davidson made the announcement in January that Buell, the Wisconsin based subsidiary, would cease operations.
