Ray Price Harley-Davidson Hosts Annual Event
Online, April 14, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Ray Price, one of the premier Harley- Davidson® dealerships in the Southeast, announces the Spring 2010 Open House scheduled for Saturday, April 17, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Raleigh Dealership located at 1126 S. Saunders St. Activities include a DJ, live music, bike show, fashion show, motorcycle give-away and a $5 BBQ lunch at noon with $1 hotdogs and free Pepsi served all day.
The popular Wells Family Band will be returning for a live performance at 11:00 am. Additionally, the Indent-A-Kid child identification program wll be available from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.
About Ray Price
Ray Price is best known for his many successes in motorcycle drag racing in such notable associations as the AHDRA, International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) and National Hot Rod Association (NHRA). Over the years Ray has accumulated many accolades in the racing community. Price is an inducted member of four halls of fame including the American Motorcycle Association Hall of Fame, Sturgis Motorcycle Hall of Fame, North Carolina Drag Racing Hall of Fame and is noted as the Father of the Funnybike. He was instrumental in creating the current style racing transmission. Price also designed the first wheelie bar for bikes, allowing more power to the rear wheel without flipping the bike over.
