Rea Dantzig Rejoins Prudential Americana Group

Long time real estate professional emerges from retirement to resume career in Las Vegas

Rea Dantzig, one of Las Vegas' first and most successful luxury real estate sales executives, has emerged from a seven year retirement to rejoin Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS. The long-time real estate professional worked with Americana Group during her entire 24-year professional career.

"I've lived in Las Vegas for 47 years and know it was and will be the most vibrant place to live and work," said Dantzig. "Some people have asked why I chose to restart my career during an economy like this, but I actually started working in Las Vegas real estate during a very challenging time. Interest rates were between 18 and 19 percent in 1980, which made it difficult for many people to buy a home. In my opinion, every challenge brings new opportunities."

Dantzig is once again specializing in luxury homes, working with former assistant Julianne Patterson at Prudential Americana Group's Summerlin office. "I am thrilled to be a part of this incredible company once again and working with Julianne who is now a member of my team," said Dantzig. "There are many new training programs to take advantage of and the company truly cares about my success. For a REALTOR, there is no other place to do business than with Prudential Americana Group."

During Dantzig's career, she was the founding director of the company's luxury homes division and at one time was their #1 selling sales executive. She was the recipient of the company's most prestigious awards and was known for her multi-million dollar client roster, which included many of Las Vegas' top tier executives and professionals in the resort-hotel, gaming, home building, banking, medical and sports industries. "It is an honor to work with her once again and I am thrilled to have one of Americana Group's top-selling sales executives back on our team." Stark said.

Prudential Americana Group was Nevada's top-selling real estate company in 2009 and has more than 1,000 sales executives and approximately 4,200 current home listings. It is an independently owned and operated member of Prudential Real Estate affiliates and is the 8th largest in the company's national network of 677 franchises.
