Blue Coast Real Estate & Development Group Offers Building for Charity Use
Delray Beach, FL: The Blue Coast Real Estate Group, which operates a landmark building in downtown Delray Beach, recently announced a new way of giving back. They will provide the building free of charge (site rental fee waived) for use by area non-profit organizations. Established 501(c)3 organizations will be able to hold events in the 4-story building, located at 110 E. Atlantic Avenue.
"We realize the importance of supporting charitable organizations, especially those who make a difference right here in our own communities," stated Charles Andrews, CEO of Blue Coast. "We asked ourselves, 'What CAN we do?' The spacious lobby is ideal for events - we've held several of them here - and we realized that this space could be a fabulous resource for charity organizations."
This dynamic building features an exceptional display of local art, waterfall fountains, attractive furnishings, and two beautiful lobbies. But of course, the biggest amenity is the LOCATION, in the heart of downtown Delray at what has come to be known as "Main & Main" (SE 1st Ave. and Atlantic). It is an ideal location for Delray Beach events, and some 20 non profit organizations have offices within just a few miles of the building.
In addition to managing the building located at 110 E. Atlantic Avenue, Blue Coast is involved in several other local real estate / development projects. They are assisting with the leasing of a new, luxury apartment complex, Worthing Place, located just around the corner from the 110 building. Per Andrews, they are looking for major projects for real estate acquisition, development, and/or management.
"This whole area is just thriving," explains Andrews. "The restaurants and shops are busy, the streets are full of people strolling around town - Delray is a great place to live and work, and we are just happy that we have a way to show how much we appreciate being here." The building provides an upscale setting for events of 50 to 150 attendees. All four floors are visible to each other via the atrium opening, and the art exhibit changes every 2 or 3 months.
"This is much more than an office building," explains Grace Greenberg, Art Curator for the building. "It is also home to one of the most exceptional art displays you can find in the area. We are excited to open the building up to the community. And we invite people to stroll all floors and view the artwork. The building is very inviting and the space is perfect for parties and events."
Interested parties can request a guided art tour (free of charge) by calling Grace Greenberg at: 561.542.1330. The building can also be reserved for events (rental fee waived), by contacting Event Coordinator Priscilla Speicher at 954.803.9016 or email: [email protected] Blue Coast is happy to make the building available to any non-profit who inquires. Available office space can be viewed by contacting Charles Andrews at 561-414-5700 or sending email to: [email protected]. "All of our projects are designed to fit a city's demographic and needs," said Byron.
