Recorded video interviews are a powerful tool built into RecruitLoop's offering to clients. It's not a 'live' video-capability like Skype, but an automated one that records candidate responses to customised written questions, via their webcam.

The 'Best Use of Technology' Award was one of eight awards presented recognising the contribution and innovation of Australian small and medium size businesses.
