Reebonz Launches Pink Courage Campaign For Breast Cancer

Reebonz has launched global campaign, Pink Courage, that will run for the entire month in support of breast cancer. The campaign will see Reebonz matching its donations to charities to the number of Facebook Likes garnered in a Facebook post.

Reebonz has launched Pink Courage - a global campaign that will run for the entire month - its second installment to support breast cancer awareness in conjunction with the National Breast Cancer Awareness month.

Pink Courage has launched in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia and Indonesia. The global campaign will run on Reebonz social media platforms, Instagram and Twitter, and actively engage the public on Facebook. From October 1 to October 31, Reebonz will pin up a dedicated Facebook post on breast cancer awareness that will see a S$1 donation for every Facebook Like. Reebonz hopes that this will get members to share the dedicated post and help spread awareness on breast cancer while at the same time making it easy for those who wish to make a difference through a small gesture. Donations collected from Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia and the Middle East will go to Asian Breast Cancer Research Fund whereas donations collected from Australia will go to National Breast Cancer Foundation.

A Facebook app will also be launched to allow Facebook members to tag a badge on their Facebook profile photos to show their Pink Courage support. In addition, Reebonz will actively share breast cancer facts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter throughout the month to educate members and public. Reebonz has also invited the two top surgeons at National University Hospital's Breast & Trauma Services Department of Surgery, Head & Senior Consultant, Dr. Phillip Lau, and Senior Consultant, Dr. Mikael Hartman, to answer some questions the Reebonz members have on breast cancer.
