REELY to Automate Highlights for All of Major League Lacrosse in 2018

SANTA MONICA, Calif., April 19, 2018 (Newswire.com) - In the first deal of its kind in professional sports, Major League Lacrosse (MLL) announced today that the California-based tech company REELY will use its artificial intelligence and machine learning software to automatically generate highlights of MLL games for every team in real time.

REELY uses the latest artificial intelligence technology to watch sports and generate highlights automatically. The system can “learn” what specific plays look like, such as goals or face-offs, and create a highlight clip within a matter of seconds of the event happening. From there, the highlight is easily distributed across social media.
