Relay Resources, the region’s leader in providing meaningful employment for people with disabilities, today announced Laura Hansen as its new Chief Revenue Officer.

“We are thrilled to have Laura Hansen on board as a key member of our executive team. Her diverse skill set in business, project management, and change management has already proven invaluable to our growth and infrastructure projects,” said Dr. Jennifer Camota Luebke, CEO and President of Relay Resources. “Laura is a natural leader who is committed to enhancing our customer experience and driving positive change within the organization. I am confident that with Laura’s expertise and leadership, we will continue to deliver on Relay’s mission.”

Laura’s strategic vision and experience in change management will position Relay Resources for ongoing success. Laura will lead the expansion of current lines of business and develop new ones. By expanding into industries that leverage the diverse strengths of disabled people, Relay can offer a wider range of employment opportunities from which they can choose. In addition to increasing job opportunities among Relay’s lines of business, Laura will lead the development of the fundraising strategy and the Enterprise Project Management Office.

“I came to Relay Resources for two reasons. First is to expand and diversify the job opportunities and resources for people with disabilities,” said Hansen. “The second is to participate in Relay’s collaborative leadership role in the movement for disability-inclusive workplaces and communities.”

Laura worked for more than three years as a project leadership consultant and contract executive at PRIDE Industries, most recently with its Workforce Inclusion team of 400+ employees, assisting with strategy and execution of an organizational realignment and coaching the leadership team on leveling up their skills. Laura also consulted with the Growth and Operations teams at PRIDE, leading several business-critical projects.

With 20 years of experience in organizational transformation and change management, Laura has increased sales and revenue across service and product sectors. She also turned around a financially struggling nonprofit, developing new funder partnerships. Additionally, she crafted a three-year fundraising strategy for another nonprofit focusing on equity, and established 60 local and statewide partnerships for advocacy in safer, more equitable communities.

Committed to lifelong learning, Laura holds certifications as a Prosci change practitioner and DEIB specialist, along with multiple certifications from UC Berkeley in complex projects, fundraising, and organizational capacity. As a best-selling author and advocate for compassionate communities, Laura empowers organizations and individuals to work equitably with purpose and vision.
