Relaya Launches New York City Restaurants Inspection Services
Raleya provides services to prepare your organization for NYC Restaurant Inspection and grade services to ensures your restaurant is well positioned for an "A" rating!
Online, February 17, 2011 (Newswire.com) - This week Raleya, a restaurant inspection organization, has formally announced their service offerings for the New York City restaurants in support of their efforts to comply with the Department of Health and Hygiene rating system.
Nearly 24,000 New York City restaurants have already been inspected under the new rating provision. Due to the high visibility of the rating score (which must legally be posted in plain view for customers to see and are also available online) the rating score will directly impact a restaurants reputation and revenue.
Nearly 5,000 unique visitors visit the DOH website each day in search of restaurant rating scores. Additionally, a widget has been created which will allow other restaurant industry websites to post theses scores on their site. This scoring system, which has already been implemented in LA, has shown an increase of revenue of 3% for those establishments wielding an A rating while those establishments posting a C rating show a decline of at least 1% in revenue.
Raleya is comprised of restaurant industry leaders with previous inspection and audit functions. The team will work hand-in-hand with a restaurant's employees and leadership to ensure maintenance of an A rating or help guide an organization to a stronger grade.
Unlike legacy restaurant consulting groups who intervene once a restaurant has lost their license due to failed inspections, Raleya works with restaurateurs to prevent closure and help build a simple and easily adopted path to an A rating.
Currently, it is up to the managerial team to build an audit worksheet to ensure their internal compliance with the health inspection rating system. The team at Raleya will work to take the guess work out of the inspection process and to provide on-site guidance and pre-inspections for their clients.
Upon completion of the Raleya inspection our restaurants can chose to post their participation with our service on their storefront. This insignia will provide an extra level of confidence to the restaurant's existing and prospective customers.
