Renaissance Bay Extends Hours
Online, March 31, 2010 (Newswire.com) - With the advantage of the Federal Home Buyer Tax Credit, and many buyers finally feeling like the economy is stable enough to make a move again, the 2010 selling season has kicked off with a flurry of activity at Renaissance Bay Condominiums.
Judie Todd, Sales Manager at Renaissance Bay, said there has been an increase in the number of people coming in who are seriously looking for a home instead of people who are "just looking."
"People interested in making a move have been waiting and watching the economy," Todd said. "We believe adjusting our pricing has helped Buyers become interested in taking another look at us, but the fact that they are more confident in the economy has resulted in a readiness to make a commitment."
According to the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors, the total Indiana sales volume increased 18 percent and average and median sale prices increased 10 and 14 percent, respectively, during November 2009 to January 2010.
The excitement at Renaissance Bay is not only about the increase in traffic. Renaissance Bay has been hosting numerous Broker Open Houses and is participating in the 2010 BAGI Parade of Homes in April. Plans to host a Boat Show in June are being formulated. More about the Boat Show will be forthcoming.
