REST Report is Foreclosure Defense in Judicial or Non Judicial states regardless
The remedy here, whether you live in a judicial state or non-judicial state, is to stop the foreclosure before it ever happens. The solution to that, with or without legal counsel, is to get the REST Report. The REST Report uses the same software pla
Online, October 4, 2010 (Newswire.com) - The major news media outlets have been minimally reporting about the "Robo-signer" of foreclosure documents in 23 states where a court approval is needed to evict. These are referred to as judicial foreclosure states.
Specifically, a middle manager at GMAC was signing 10,000 foreclosures a month without reading the paperwork like he was supposed to. (It's physically impossible to read 10,000 documents per month in good faith.) The insiders are calling it Foreclosure-Gate, the scandal of the robo-signers signing "under penalty of perjury" fake documents, signing documents without reading the fake court summonses...
GMAC, JPMorgan Chase and now Bank of America are NOT evicting homeowners, and in most cases halting the prosecuting of foreclosure proceedings in these sates, because of this giant fraud.
GMAC and at least two other banks most probably committed gross fraud.
Citi Mortgage and Wells Fargo are also suspected in fraud of some as yet unspecified fraud. One more time, the name of the lender doesn't matter. It could, and might be, yours. If one, or four lenders are doing it, you can bet the others have tried, or are trying it. The list has grown from one to all of the biggest four, in one week.
Admittedly you might want an attorney, but how much? The chances of them knowing about the REST Report is not great. This whole foreclosure defense is too new, believe it or not. Your attorney cannot rush the process. Everything moves at the speed of law. You can get the REST Report on your own and know what your defense is by knowing NPV, and probably paying less than through an attorney anyway.
I am a proud vendor of the REST Report
