As director of natural sciences, Brozey is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the natural sciences division, which houses more than 60 experts in natural resources and cultural resources. Brozey also coaches and mentors staff, and she is tasked with mapping the division's strategic plan and business development efforts.

Brozey's 23-year career has focused primarily on the transportation industry. She has conducted numerous environmental impact statements (EIS) for state transportation agencies to minimize environmental impacts associated with transportation infrastructure improvements. Brozey has developed and implemented large-scale public involvement projects in PennDOT Districts 2-0, 3-0, 5-0, 8-0 and 10-0, in addition to open-end projects for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.

As director of natural sciences at RETTEW, Brozey plans to use her transportation background to increase RETTEW's involvement in transportation projects throughout the commonwealth and other states.

Brozey's expertise also includes project design, implementation and management of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) studies, wetland delineation, evaluation, mitigation and permitting; pond and lake restoration; and regulatory compliance. She is an expert at federal regulatory programs including NEPA, the Federal Clean Water Act, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). Additionally, she is skilled in state wetland, water quality and stream encroachment regulations; environmental sampling and terrestrial flora and fauna sampling.

Brozey has a bachelor's degree in wildlife sciences from Penn State University, and she is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Pennsylvania's environmental committee. Brozey resides in Chester County, Pa.
