ReturnQueen Expands to Seattle

SEATTLE, November 8, 2022 (Newswire.com) - Seattle is the latest lucky city—and the first in Washington—to be serviced by ReturnQueen, the nation's white glove on-demand mobile-app-based online return concierge. 

Disrupting returns as Seattleites know them, ReturnQueen's new city-wide pickup service eliminates all of the traditional online return process annoyances—including boxing and packing items, printing labels and shipping the merchandise back to the retailer.

Dasya Katz and Daphna Englard, ReturnQueen Cofounders and the original Return Queens, sought to solve this always annoying chore in 2019. Both busy mothers with large families, the pair found themselves constantly stacking retail boxes and trekking to and from the Post Office. After multiple iterations of their core product, the mobile app, ReturnQueen, and the only way to return merchandise from your couch, was launched into the marketplace.
