"Rev X ": Ends User Time Spent in Front of Computer or on Couch
New York, NY, February 13, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Exercise time can now be both fun and entertaining on a treadmill or a bike. The Rev X is a unique product line of exercise treadmills and stationary bicycles that combines the benefits of exercise with the enjoyment and competition of video games, or various other activities offering consumers a combination of fun and fitness. Rev X gets users off the couch regularly and onto the treadmill or bike with pleasure. Internet browsing capabilities will be available on home models.
The Rev X treadmill is electrically powered, variable-speed, programmable, and motorized, relying on a belt which moves in a continuous loop by motor-driven rollers. The exercise bike features an adjustable gel seat with an adjustable seat-back, strong alloy frame and ergonomically designed, adjustable-resistance pedals. Both products would offer the user a choice of programs – hill climbing or inclines, fat-burning, caloric output monitor, heart-rate control, time and distance monitor recorded on a CAC card inserted into the machine during use to help users keep track of their progress throughout their workout regimen. Both the Rev X treadmill and the Rev X stationary bike feature extra-large (20”x15”) LCD touchscreen displays for gaming, for setting the various programs and for monitoring one’s progress during use. The touchscreens and controls enable the user to exercise while playing video games, listening to music, watching movies or TV shows or reading a book and more. The Rev X treadmill can be controlled either through pressing icons on the touchscreen, or through the set of integrated remotes. These remotes serve to set the speed of the treadmill and its other variables. The exercise bike features an adjustable steering wheel (up and down) incorporating functional-buttons that make it a controller for road-racing video games, or various other apps. Both are equipped with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Wireless HDMI. Televised test marketing has recently been completed indicating strong consumer interest in Rev X.
The Patent Pending Rev X was invented by Christian Cardon and John Aikens of Patchogue, NY who said, “This is a revolutionary new product that motivates people to exercise. It literally gets people off the couch and onto the treadmill or bike. For those who enjoy video games the Rev X keeps one from being a fitness procrastinator. It works perfectly.”
