Rhode Island Entrepreneurs United at the New Hatch Entrepreneurial Center
Online, September 13, 2013 (Newswire.com) - The economic recovery continues to rage on across the United States, with entrepreneurs launching new operations and expanding upon existing companies more today than any other time in the past five years. Since commercial real estate has already started to rebound, prices on the average lease might be a little higher than some small business owners are comfortable spending.
Entrepreneurs should consider taking advantage of the Hatch Entrepreneurial Center, which is scheduled to open on Wednesday, September 18 at 2 p.m. This facility is specifically made for small business owners who need to begin working in a real office space, but do not want to get locked into a lease.
Daniel Murphy of Ocean Capital explained that this co-working space will also be a good opportunity for entrepreneurs to talk with other startup owners in the same position.
"The Hatch is a co-working space that promotes collaboration amongst the members," Murphy explained. "Guests may access the space on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. The space will feature work produced by local artists, which will be rotated monthly to incorporate paintings and photographs of local artists, so they exhibit their work to a wider audience. The Hatch will offer conference rooms to host meetings, which will be available hourly."
Members of Hatch will also be able to access the Workbar in Boston, which happens to be one of the first co-working spaces to open in the United States.
The Grand Opening of the Hatch Entrepreneurial Center will host Governor Lincoln Chafee, as well as Providence Mayor Angel Tavares and other distinguished political and business leaders from the state.
Those who want more information on this new resource or access to small business loans should consider contacting Ocean Capital, a long-time supporter of the local entrepreneurial community in Rhode Island and the surrounding states.
