The Missing Peace, a therapy center for pediatric patients with autism and other developmental disorders, recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony.

The Missing Peace, a therapy center for pediatric patients with autism and other developmental disorders, recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony. The event was sponsored by the Keller Chamber of Commerce and attracted a large crowd who came to see this hopeful new therapy center open. The attendees were made up of friends, family, clients and local business professionals.

During the event, Managing Partner of Business Operations, Beth Worman, stated, “It was gratifying to see the turnout and support of the community. Our dream is to make a positive difference in the lives of the families we encounter. To have the community stand with us and support that dream makes our efforts all that much more rewarding.”

Worman was so inspired by a family member’s progress with early intervention and ABA Therapy that she and her business partner, Megan Haupert, created this autism center to provide other families with the same hope. Haupert is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Autism Intervention

With an innovative and therapeutic environment, The Missing Peace provides children a space to develop at their own pace using therapy techniques based on Applied Behavior Analysis, which is the gold standard in this field. The therapy center’s website is loaded with details about their approach to autism therapy.
