Right C3 Awards Grand Prize 2016 Scholarship

Las Vegas, NV, September 9, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Right C3 is proud to announce the winner of the Grand Prize Survey Scholarship to Ana Galvez Mendez.  Each year, Right C3 holds a scholarship contest for graduating seniors in the program.  Right C3 uses these survey results to continually improve the program for current and future students.  Ana was awarded $1,500 to help with her college expenses as she attends the University of Iowa to study psychology with a pre-med concentration this fall. 

Since Ana moved to the U.S. from Mexico four years ago, she has used her experiences and her fluency in Spanish to contribute to her community. She was thrilled to become president of her school’s Spanish National Honor Society. “I had a deep connection with this organization,” she tells us. “I did it because it was fun and I wanted to educate others. It was more than just a credit.” She also tutored a sixth grader who had emigrated from Spain, and she was happy she could help him keep up in his math classes.

Ana credits Right C3 with helping her stay on track and focused. She appreciated our essay reviews for her applications.
