WORK CAMP PBX FEATURES AND BENEFITS

• IVR for Main Reception
Main reception can be routed through a feature-rich Interactive Voice Recording. Prompting people through options to reach the appropriate person, room, or department. We have a wide range of professional voice talents that can be used to record your messages.

• Office Extensions
Every Office and Department can be given a separate extension through our system. The phone system can be programmed to automatically route calls to the room of the person who is on-call for a specific department.

• Room to Room Calling by Room Number
The system allows for Room to Room calling by room number. There are no random extensions or phone numbers to remember.

• Unlimited On-site Conferencing
Don't want to have staff meetings in a noisy cafeteria or rec room? The system allows for unlimited internal conferences. There is no limit on the number of attendees, all 2500 residents could attend a conference from the comfort of their rooms.

• Dynamic Calling Groups
Any combination of rooms can be combined into a calling group, accessible by dialing a single 4-digit extension. We can set any number of calling groups quickly and easily. Have an electrical contractor coming in for a retrofit? All of their rooms can be grouped into a calling group on their arrival, allowing for easy communication between co-workers.

Alarms can be set to wake up everyone in a call group at a specific time. Employees can be required to acknowledge alarms so their supervisor knows their status.

• Mass Voicemail Delivery
Voicemails can be sent to specific people, to calling groups, or system wide. Schedule or status updates can be left anytime and reported as acknowledged when the recipient has received it.

• Emergency Notification
In the event of an emergency the system allows phones to broadcast an emergency warning message through their speakers. Acknowledgment can be required.

• Live Monitoring of Core System
Our system is constantly monitored, allowing for preemptive or immediate reaction to problems.

Rigstar's 'Work Camp PBX' can be installed quickly with nominal capital investment and can be cost structured as a 'pay as you go service' where clients can bill the end-user based on their monthly usage via calling cards or real-time online billing.
