We recently attended a rest and relaxation retreat in Las Vegas to show our people just how much we value their hard work and dedication.” The retreat offered plenty of networking potential and featured an award ceremony, at which Kelly was nominated for Consistency Owner of the Year. “Of over 100 executives, I was one of five nominated!”

The Director took several Riverpoint Management associates with her to Las Vegas. She explained, “I brought Sarah, Triston, Liz, Jake, and Chris with me to the retreat. These folks are some of our top-performing reps, and it was the first such event for most of them. It was Liz’s second R&R, and her first since last year’s trip to the Bahamas when she was still an intern.” All attendees have been achieving great results in recent months, and Sarah is pushing to reach the assistant manager level.

“I remind our Riverpoint Management team members to stay as healthy as possible when they’re on the road,” the Director remarked. “That means drinking lots of water and it’s also a good idea to make time for exercise when you’re away from home, even if it’s just a brisk walk around your hotel. You’ll sleep better and feel less exhausted at the end of the trip if you keep up some type of active routine.”
