According to Kelly, goals should also be tangible. Individuals should be able to visualize or use their other senses to imagine their objectives. No one can exactly see financial security, but they can conjure images of satisfying bank statements, for instance. Similarly, she indicated that goals should always be written. Even some scrawled notes increase the likelihood that visions will be fulfilled.
“I also think it’s important that our goals are shared,” Kelly reported. “Not only should everyone on a team know exactly what is expected of them, but it’s nice to share these concepts with friends and family members as well. After all, everyone needs support, and having such a foundation improves commitment and determination.”
