Rob Gayle Joins Atlanta-Based TMG to Launch Third Party Management

ATLANTA, July 20, 2021 (Newswire.com) -  After being named the No. 1 workplace in Multifamily Leadership's "Best Places to Work in Multifamily" rankings for the third year in a row, The Management Group is thrilled to announce it is partnering with Rob Gayle, former COO of Preferred Apartment Communities, Inc, to expand third party management services across both new development and stabilized assets.

Originally slated to launch in Q1 of 2020, TMG's third-party offering was put on hold when the pandemic forced quarantine struck the multifamily sector nationwide. As the sector continues to expand and rebound from the pandemic, Rob Gayle joins partners John Paul Diego and Jamin Harkness in expanding TMG's service offerings.

As Head of Business Development, Rob is responsible for their Third Party Multifamily Acquisition and Client Account Management at The Management Group. With over 20 years in real estate, Mr. Gayle has managed the acquisition, renovation, and development of more than $2.5 billion of multifamily and mixed-use assets. By the numbers, Mr. Gayle has been responsible for over 500 employees, 14,000 units, 40,000 residents, 10 states, and 19 different markets. From 2007 to 2021, Mr. Gayle served as Chief Operating Officer of Multifamily for Preferred Apartment Communities, Inc. and Preferred Residential Management, LLC.
