Naples, December 14, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Robb & Stucky has been selected to provide full interior design services for two Stock Development model homes at Lakoya, a neighborhood in Lely Resort.
Susan Bleda, ASID, and Christine Neal will guide the interior selections for the 2,577-square-foot Arvanita model, which offers 1,916 square feet of total living space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den. They will design a transitional style home with a coastal-inspired color palette of soft whites, sea glass greens and driftwood browns accented by metallic silver.
“Our goal is to reflect the casual but elegant lifestyle that characterizes Southwest Florida,” said Bleda. “We also want to channel the natural, serene beauty of the Gulf Coast in the morning. So with that in mind, we will be using light backgrounds to make each space appear more open, engineered white oak hardwood floors to resemble sand, and polished chrome finishes to add a bit of sparkle.”
The 2,876-square-foot San Remo III model will feature interior design by Cherie Baer, ASID, and Rachelle Porco. The floor plan offers 1,809 square feet of total living space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den. Baer and Porco have opted for a transitional style with clean lines and a neutral color palette of light creams and grays accented by pops of vibrant coral and pale yellow. Chrome finishes are also present.
“We got our inspiration mostly from the warm tones and richness of color seen in the Naples sunsets,” said Porco. “This will be evident in the natural stone countertops we have selected for the kitchen as well as the upholstery for the window treatments, pillows and bedding, and dining area bar stools.”
Jessica Schneider, director of business development at Robb & Stucky, said partnering with Stock Development has been a positive experience because both companies share similar core values.
“They are truly committed to the homes they build and the people who live in them,” she said. “Here at Robb & Stucky, we are equally committed to our interior designs and the impact they leave not just on the individual, but the community as a whole. This makes maintaining a strong relationship with the Stock Development team a natural priority.”
Both the Arvanita and San Remo III models are currently on schedule for completion in January.
