"Now What? Finding New Roads to Growth" - Dealmakers and business leaders will gather for speakers, networking and opportunities for private equity and intermediaries to find deals and sources of funding.

Robert Chapman, Chairman & CEO of Barry-Wehmiller Companies, will be the breakfast keynote speaker on day two when the St. Louis, Kansas City and Nebraska Chapters of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) host the first annual ACG 2011 Mid-America Corporate Growth Conference on Wednesday and Thursday, May 11-12, 2011 at the Hilton at the Ballpark located in downtown St. Louis at Market and Broadway. Expected to draw over 500 attendees, the conference, with its theme, "Now What? Finding New Roads to Growth," is designed primarily for corporate executives, private equity firm executives, investment bankers, lenders, and service professionals who are influential in corporate growth decision making, development and mergers and acquisitions.

The ACG DealSource will be held on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to noon at nearby Busch Stadium, home of the St. Louis Cardinals. Pre-arranged meetings between intermediaries, private equity groups and corporate dealmakers take place in individual private luxury suites hosted by investment banks.
