Online, May 24, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Rogue Valley Microdevices,) a leading supplier of thermal, chemical vapor, PVD Metal and Dielectric film depositions, has announced the addition of high resolution photolithography to their foundry processes. This added capability greatly expands Rogue Valley's process offerings for their existing thin film deposition customers and enables Rogue Valley Microdevices to satisfy MOEMS and MEMS process requirements in producing MicroFluidic products.

Increasing the breadth of foundry services offered provides customers with reduced costs and improved delivery times. Rogue Valley Microdevices' customers are achieving higher yields along with the logistical advantage of one stop processing for their MEMS devices.
