Ronald Thomas Appointed to America's Warrior Partnership Board of Directors

America's Warrior Partnership announces the appointment of Ronald Thomas to its board of directors.

Thomas is the founder and managing principal at ThomasRiley Strategies, a company specializing in consulting, lobbying and information technology. He has consulted with numerous Fortune 500 companies, municipalities as well as healthcare and nonprofit organizations.

As a former officer in the U.S. army, Thomas has a strong passion for addressing issues facing today’s veterans and their families, varying from improving benefits to increasing access to veteran services. In 2007, President George W. Bush appointed him to serve as senior policy advisor to the Secretary of Veteran Affairs and the Assistant Secretary for Policy and Planning. In 2008, Secretary of Veterans Affairs James B. Peake appointed him to the department’s Veterans Affairs Advisory Committee on Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Enduring Freedom (OIF/OEF) Veterans and Families.

I am proud to be a part of this organization to help continue their efforts to find ways to serve our nation’s veterans.”
