RoofCARE Hires Alberto Garza as General Manager

Online, August 19, 2013 (Newswire.com) - RoofCARE, New Mexico's sustainable roofing contractor, has hired Alberto Garza for the new position of General Manager. Garza, a founder of PMC Solutions, Inc, brings a great deal of executive leadership experience to the RoofCARE team. Garza is passionate about quality, and how management systems and strategic processes drive quality. Garza will work to ensure that RoofCARE's internal systems continue to evolve to support the company's rapid growth. He will also manage the infrastructure of the company, as it continues to expand its regional and eventually national presence.

Garza transitioned majority ownership of PMC Solutions to his daughter Marilee in 2012. Founded in 1993, PMCS provides project management and process support services. In 2002, they released an interactive process mapping software called inProcess, which has seen great success and continues to be utilized by federal and local government entities, as well as commercial clients.

RoofCARE, founded in 2008, has experienced consistent organic growth. The company services commercial and government clients throughout the state of New Mexico and West Texas, with branches in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Las Cruces and El Paso.
