Russie Weidl Named Three Time Winner of Prestigious Award

Online, January 11, 2010 (Newswire.com) - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE(Lake Mary, Fl) Russie Weidl, real estate agent for Watson Realty Corporation in Lake Mary, Florida, was recently awarded the title of "Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction in Lake Mary, Fl and Area" as a real estate agent for the third year in a row.

Florida Home Buyer Magazine hired an independent research company to poll 28,000 residents Orlando region who had recently purchased or sold their homes. Surveys were also sent to 250 mortgage brokers and title companies. With more than 15,000 real estate agents in the Orlando region, they wanted to find the agents who wowed their customers.

Agents did not pay to be included in the research or the final list. The overall evaluation was based on the average of the respondents and not on one individual survey.

Survey respondents evaluated the real estate agent based on direct personal experience. They were asked to rank the agent on nine service attributes. These were customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, closing preparation, finding the right home, marketing of home and overall satisfaction. Many clients not only filled in the surveys, they wrote essays on what they loved about their real estate agent.

When the results came in less than 7% of real estate agents in the Orlando region were nominated to this year's list. Russie Weidl was among those awarded and received the "Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction in Lake Mary, Fl and Area" for 2009. She also received this award in 2007 and 2008.

In the last five years Russie was awarded Top Selling Agent and Top 20 producer in the Central Florida Region.
