Now he has a desk in the office and he spends his work days speaking to customers over the phone, booking moves and addressing any customer questions or concerns.

John has been in his new role as a customer service representative for about a month and is happy with his new position. When asked what he likes best about his new position with the company, John replied, "The air conditioning!"
