Sacred Surrogacy Host First Retreat of the Season in Nova Scotia

TORONTO, May 23, 2019 (Newswire.com) - This month, Sacred Surrogacy hosted over 30 surrogates at their retreat located just outside of Halifax, Nova Scotia. The weekend long event marked the first retreat of the season and was hosted at Bayside Camp, a beautiful lakeside retreat facility. The weekend provided surrogates the opportunity to connect with one another and forge a strong community of friendship and sisterhood. Not only were there surrogates in attendance from the local area, but attendees traveled from as far as Ontario and Alberta to be a part of the retreat.

While the majority of surrogates were affiliated with Canadian Fertility Consulting, independent surrogates and surrogates from other agencies were also in attendance. As a part of Sacred Surrogacy’s mandate, supporting and connecting surrogates throughout North America is the program’s top priority, no matter a surrogate’s affiliation with another agency. During the retreat, surrogates participated in activities to nurture their personal development while also being treated to massages, henna application, and pre-natal yoga.

Sacred Surrogacy’s next weekend retreat will be taking place in Pine Lake, Alberta from June 7^th to Jun 9^th, 2019. Following this there will be two single day retreats taking place in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and Winnipeg, Manitoba.
