Safari Browser Gets Enhanced With Iphone 4S
Online, June 29, 2012 (Newswire.com) - With the unveiling of the new iPhone 4S by Apple last year, its web browser Safari too has undergone improvements in its browsing speed and the Reader mode. iPhone 4S that runs on the prominent iOS operating system will notice a huge difference in the browsing speed of the safari browser , that has been providing excellent online browsing experience over the past five years to the iPhone devices. Outshining its predecessor, iPhone 4, the 4S device takes less than three seconds to load a full web site. When tested on a 3G cellular network than on WiFi, the time taken by the browser to load appeared to be somewhat similar as well.
Leaving no scope for doubt, analysts tested the browser on both iPhone 4 and 4S and it was found that iPhone 4S performs the function 3 seconds faster than iPhone 4.
Quite evidently, the web browsers offered by the Android devices till now had been much popular due to their readability as one can automatically adjust the text of the page; can zoom in and out of the page to a certain degree, besides other conveniences.
It's touted that the Reader Mode feature of the 4S Smartphone will prove to be a convenient alternative to Android browsers. As revealed by Apple, it will offer simple black and white text, by doing away with the entire assortment given by most of the websites. Thus, it gives a clean and tidy look of the page enhancing the reading experience of the users. Bookmarking options have also been refurbished allowing the users to save web pages for later reading, even without the internet connection. But by and large, users of this new Smartphone would rarely have to bear with such adversities, as it supports both WiFi and 3G versions along with GPRS and EDGE.
