Safeguard Self Storage Expands Again in the Miami Market
Miami, Florida, December 18, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Safeguard Self Storage is increasing its presence in the south Florida market. Safeguard opened the Flagler Street self-storage location on December 4th, 2014. The Flagler store has 700 units in 53,500 Rentable Square Feet of storage space. In addition, the company recently opened a 500-unit expansion of its Design District store in Miami and completed a 193-unit expansion of its Palmetto Expressway store.
Similar to Safeguard's 64 other stores nationwide, this store is designed with a focus on security, convenience and customer service. Amenities at this location include heated and air-conditioned spaces, a convenient drive-up loading area, computer-controlled access to the building and digital/video recording of the property.
Safeguard is excited about its expansion in south Florida and feels this store will be a great addition to its portfolio. The company has four additional properties in development in Chicago and four more in New York
