Sanibel's First Love That Dress Collection Party at Adventures In Paradise in Tahitian Gardens

Online, August 5, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Come join Adventures In Paradise Outfitters at Tahitian Gardens for Sanibel's first "Love That Dress!" collection Party. The event will be at Tahitian Gardens Shopping Center and will benefit the Lee PACE girls program. PACE Center for Girls, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation that provides a non-residential delinquency prevention program in locations statewide, targeting the unique needs of females 12 to 18 who are identified as dependent, truant, runaway, delinquent, or in need of academic skills.
The purpose of PACE is to intervene and prevent school withdrawal, juvenile delinquency, teen pregnancy, substance abuse and welfare dependency in a safe and nurturing environment. PACE programs provide the following services: academic education, individualized attention, a gender-specific life management curriculum, therapeutic support services, parental involvement, student volunteer service projects and transition follow-up services.
Admission for the event is one (or more) gently used dress/dresses. Women's dresses from formal to "sun" are appreciated. Ten percent of all store sales at Adventures In Paradise Outfitters during the event will go to benefit PACE. The event will be taking place on Tuesday August 10th from 5-7pm at Tahitian Gardens: 2019 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel FL.
