Scary Good Real Estate Success Networking
Online, October 24, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Calling all real estate entrepreneurs! On Halloween eve, Investors Beat will be bringing together real estate entrepreneurs for food, drinks, networking and maybe even a property horror story or two.
Investors Beat, a Cambridge-based online magazine that publishes tips for real estate investors, is hosting their second Meetup on October 30 at 6 p.m. at the Cambridge Innovation Center. It will be a chance for investors and real estate entrepreneurs to network and discuss potential deals.
Investors Beat held their first Meetup in August which was a huge success. Bringing in a full house, over 100 people attended which included entrepreneurs, experts and tech innovators within the real estate industry.
Bank Mortgage Professional, Tim Wear said of the event, "I always go to networking events with 60 business cards. By the end of the night, I had none left! That's never happened before."
With all the deals on and offline, this is a platform for investors to come and pitch their deals and a great opportunity for other investors to come and pick up an off-the-market deal before anyone else!
Owner of Net Aquisitions, Jason Li said, "I pitched my deal at the first Investors Beat Meetup and found an investor who took it off my hands at the event! I had so much interest from this one pitch that I now have contacts for my next deal."
The event will also include guest speaker Sean McConarty, Managing Partner of Venture Real Estate - a full service real estate office providing rentals, sales, and property management in the Greater Boston area, who will be presenting a full case study on one of his previous real estate projects. Sean has spent well over 10 years in the industry, handling more than 100 property transactions. He currently operates 93 units in 23 buildings valued at $35M+.
Don't miss out on this opportunity to network, meet other real estate entrepreneurs and possibly make a few deals all in one place - costumes and tales of investing nightmares welcomed.
Those interested in attending should RSVP quickly as spots are filling fast.
