Seafood Lovers in Toronto, ON Have Many New Unique, Delicious Menu Options at Diana's Oyster Bar & Grill
Online, May 5, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Diana's Oyster Bar & Grill is introducing six new seafood dishes to its menu, providing more delicious flavours for Torontonians to enjoy. In an effort to bring more fine dining choices to seafood lovers, our chef had designed some exciting new additions, including grilled butterflied sea bream, orange and beet smoked steelhead salad, and steamed littleneck clams.
The newest dishes will be prepared with the same precision and delicate planning that goes into all of the fine dining menu items, ensuring that Diana's Oyster Bar and Grill patrons are satisfied from the first to the very last bite. Our talented chef has selected seafood options that are not often available in restaurants, and has put his unique touch on each dish to create unique, flavourful meals.
"The tuna was melt in the mouth, and cooked to perfection. I will come again to try your other offerings," says Ranji, a recent guest who sampled the new tuna nicoise.
The latest dishes follow the creative chef's tradition of serving visually attractive platters of complimentary flavours. For instance, the new "caprese" halibut filet sandwich brings together a fresh basil pesto and panko crusted halibut served with balsamic aioli, roasted tomato and bocconcini cheese.
Another new item, the oven roasted smoked black cod, which is served with oven roasted tomato, poached egg and pommes lyonnaise, is quickly becoming a favourite amongst patrons.
"We saw lots of people ordering this dish so we gave it a shot. The black cod was good, fresh and full of flavor," wrote one of Diana's guests on their website.
While there are many seafood restaurants in the Greater Toronto Area, Diana's Oyster Bar & Grill is able to provide the best quality and freshest product in the city because the seafood comes directly from Diana's Seafood Delight. The company's fish market has been providing seafood to the finest hotels and restaurants in Toronto for many years. The market offers 60 types of oysters, 50-plus types of fish (including salmon parrotfish, kingfish & skate), plus sushi-grade options.
