Online, November 26, 2009 (Newswire.com) - I am Ben Mansperger, I'm helping search for the next stars on HOUSE HUNTERS INTERNATIONAL, one of the most popular programs on Home and Garden Television (HGTV) in the United States. Our show also airs internationally. I am looking for Real Estate agents and people who can help us find agents and home buyers to be featured on the TV show.

It is a half-hour documentary style show that features real estate agents and their home-buying clients as they hunt for that perfect new home.

We are looking for estate agents with English-speaking clients who are buying property outside the USA to be featured on our show. The buyer can be purchasing a house, condominium or vacation home, including new construction (Properties must have at least 4 rooms and any price is okay). There is a secret to our show that I will explain to you if you are interested to help you find the best buyers to feature! We are also trying to reach our target audience so we are looking for younger buyers in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who are outgoing and the life of the party!

About the show:
Each episode includes the following:
* First, we meet the buyers in their current residence to find out what type of property they are looking to purchase and what they would like in a new home or second home. They give us a tour of their current residence. (No investment only properties please - the buyers must intend to use it for themselves, even if they rent it out some of the time)
* Then the agent takes their buyers to look at 3 different properties to consider buying that are in their price range and suit their criteria.
* Finally, the clients select a property to purchase. The episode ends with the homebuyers already moved into their new home or celebrating in their holiday home.
