Search Optics Hires Aaron Carrera as Social Media Coordinator

Effective February 2010, Aaron Carrera will be the new Social Media Coordinator at Search Optics

San Diego, Calif - March 9, 2010 - As a leader in interactive marketing solutions, Search Optics, Inc. has hired Aaron Carrera as the new social media coordinator, and is looking forward to him enhancing clients social media marketing efforts.

Aaron is jumping into the rapidly growing Web 2.0 market (also known as social media), which has grown into a web-marketing must in the last year. Social media allows businesses to build relationships with their surrounding community members and maintain the existing ones.

"We are really excited to have Aaron onboard, as we all look forward to him applying his experience to better assist our clients in growing their customer base," said Vice President of Operations, Kevin Konczal. "From his strong knowledge of social media to public relations, the decision to hire him was an easy one for us."

Aaron graduated from Cal State University Long Beach in May 2009; with a degree in journalism and a minor in communications. His emphasis in journalism was public relations and social media. Before coming to Search Optics, Aaron was working at the San Diego based technology company, DriveCam as a marketing assistant.
