'Second Chance Prom' Empowers Women to Be Their Best
Martha's Home 8th Annual 'Second Chance Prom' was a huge splash and the Street Auto Group was there! Themed "Enchantment Under the Sea," this "Adult Prom Night" benefits Martha's Home in Amarillo, Texas. Martha's Home provides shelter, support, assistance, and second chances to homeless women and mothers with children in the West Texas Panhandle region.
Amarillo, Texas, May 14, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Martha’s Home 8th Annual Second Chance Prom was a huge splash and the Street Auto Group was there! Themed “Enchantment Under the Sea," this "Adult Prom Night" was designed for those who either missed their first prom or wanted that second chance to experience an enchanting evening with their current sweetheart or group of friends!
This year's event was a sellout at the North Exhibit Hall of the Amarillo Civic Center in downtown Amarillo, Texas recently. Evening hosts included Lisa Schmidt of ABC 7 and Wes Reeves of Xcel Energy. Entertainment was provided by the West Texas Panhandle's sensations, the Velvet Funk Band and singer, Michael Matthews.
